Gas prices climb again
Gas prices are up again, and the slacktivists are back with their “don’t buy gas on Tuesday” emails.
IT. WILL. NOT. WORK.
Don’t waste your time sending this stuff.
At my old job, some guy down in maintenance sent one of these to everyone in the entire company. He got ridiculed so bad that he ended up sending another blanket email as an apology, and then he went home early in shame.
The moral of the story is this: before you waste your friends’ time with crap like this, check your facts first so you don’t look like a big dummy.
