This is the specification for OOXML, which Microsoft wants to pass as an ISO standard document format.  The only problems are that it is 6000(!) pages long and full of dependencies on MS patents and application-specific behavior instead of references to other standards.I’ll take OpenOffice and Google Docs, thanks.
