Make a baby. Win a car.
Bad, bad idea. I understand that Russia is experiencing a population decline since the Soviet collapse, but we have too many people in the world already. Perhaps instead of giving cars to their own people, they could rent U-Hauls for, well, watch this (about 4:00 in, NSFW audio).
