Microsoft Word Tip: Automatically Insert Sample Text into a Document
All you have to do is type =rand() into the document and press Enter. You can even specify the paragraphs and spaces with =rand(p,s).
You can also use lipsum.com to generate the standard Lorem Ipsum placeholder text.
